Insurance Restoration done right
Our specialty. Free inspection, full damage documentation, on-site with the adjuster, and quality installation — we’re your contractor through the entire claim.
More than installing a roof.
When a storm damages your home, we step in as your contractor and guide you through the entire claim — from the first inspection to the final nail. We don’t run your claim; your insurance carrier does. Our job is to make sure the roof side is documented completely and handled right.
That means getting on the roof, photographing every bit of damage, standing on it next to your adjuster, and — if the approved scope misses something we found — backing it up with a supplement. Honest assessments, quality installation, and a local hand the whole way.
How insurance restoration actually works
Four clear steps. You’re never left wondering what happens next.
Free Inspection
We get on your roof and document every bit of damage — hail hits, lifted shingles, flashing — with photos.
Open the Claim
You contact your carrier to open the claim. We document and send the findings to carrier so they understand the damage accurately.
We Meet the Adjuster
Michael is on-site when the adjuster arrives to walk the damage and our scope of repair together.
Roof Gets Done
Once your carrier approves the scope, we schedule the crew, order materials, and install — fast and right.
Why being on-site with your adjuster matters
Adjusters are thorough, but they’re human and they’re busy. When we’re on the roof, in the attic, and interior of the home with them, the damage we documented gets seen and discussed — not missed in a quick pass from the ground.
- Full photo documentation — every hail hit, lifted shingle, and interior issue, captured before the adjuster arrives
- On-site adjuster meeting — Michael walks the property with your adjuster so nothing gets overlooked
- An accurate, complete scope — what’s documented is what gets included
If the approved scope misses something, we make the case
Carrier scopes don’t always capture everything — especially on complex or older roofs. When that happens, we don’t just shrug. We write a supplemental estimate, with photos and measurements, for your carrier to review.
- We review the approved scope — line by line, against what we documented
- We write the supplement — for items the carrier missed, fully backed up
- Your carrier reviews it — you stay in control — we just make the case
Damage rarely stops at the roof
Wind and hail damage gutters, siding, windows, and often interior too. As one contractor for the project, we document and restore all of it under your claim.
Full Roof Replacement
Quality shingle and metal systems installed to manufacturer spec — built to last.
Seamless Gutters
Storm-damaged gutters replaced and custom-formed on-site, often included in the same claim.
Siding, Doors & Windows
Wind and hail rarely stop at the roof — we document and can often restore the full scope.
Insurance, answered straight
Rate changes are set by your insurer, not by us — and many storm and hail claims are treated as acts of nature. We’re glad to share what we've experienced in the past, but your carrier is always the final word.
We document the damage, meet your adjuster on-site, and provide supplements if the approved scope lacks items we found. You open the claim with your carrier — we will communicate with them, providing all the necessary documentation make sure the covered repair scope is accurate and complete.
On an approved claim, your out-of-pocket is typically just your deductible. We give you an honest breakdown up front — no surprises, no pressure.
It depends on your carrier’s timeline, but once the scope is approved we schedule quickly — most residential roofs are scheduled then installed in only a day or two.
Yes — practically every time. Michael personally attends the adjuster meeting. Many contractors skip it, and it’s often the difference between a partial check and a full, fair scope covering the discovered damage.
